1. Must be from a Big4 professional services firm;

2. Deal Advisory specializations only: mergers & acquisitions, business valuation, due diligence or forensic accounting;

3. Degree/Qualification in Accounting/CFA/CVA/CA/ACCA/Financial Engineering;

4. Passing CFA or CVA exam at any level is an advantage;

5. Excellent critical analysis, communication skills, client focused and result oriented;

6. Very capable in Excel and PowerPoint;

7. Outstanding written and spoken English;

8. Team player, eager to learn, stress resistant, entrepreneurial, pro-active and hands-on;

9. Job title commensurate with relevant experience:

– Consultant | 1-2 years;

– Lead Consultant | 3-4 years;

– Assistant Manager | 4-5 years; and

10. Candidates to complete an interview case study.
