Technical Track (Staff)

Qualifications Required

1. Experience from a Top 10 international accounting network

2. Deal Advisory specialisation: mergers & acquisitions, business valuation, due diligence, or forensic accounting

3. Degree/qualification in Accounting, Finance, CFA, CVA, CA, ACCA, or Financial Engineering

4. Progress toward CFA or CVA (any level) is an advantage

5. Strong critical thinking, communication skills, client-focused and results-oriented

6. Confident in Excel and PowerPoint

7. Outstanding written and spoken English

8. Team player, eager to learn, stress-resistant, entrepreneurial, proactive, and hands-on

9. Job title commensurate with relevant experience:

Associate | 1–2 years Senior Associate | 3–4 years Assistant Manager | 4–5 years

Business Development + Technical Track (Manager and above)

Qualifications Required

1. Direct founder experience (started or co-founded something), or meaningful time working inside a startup — prioritised over pure Top 10 accounting network tenure

2. Proven track record building and managing relationships with founders, investors, or senior stakeholders

3. A finance background or qualification as a foundation (Accounting, Finance, CFA/CVA progress, etc.)

4. Strong critical thinking — able to independently spot inconsistencies or unsupported claims in financial and business data

5. Confident in Excel modelling and PowerPoint / report-writing

6. Outstanding written and spoken English

7. Comfortable working across a global environment, different cultures, time zones, and communication norms

8. Entrepreneurial, self-directed, comfortable without a fixed playbook

Both tracks: expect a Deal Advisory case study as part of the interview.
